We ensure organised day-to-day management of the property: receiving and handling occupant requests, scheduling actions, controlling priorities and coordinating necessary interventions. Goal: smooth management with clear visibility on ongoing actions, emergencies and pending items.

Rent Recovery

Implementation of structured recovery: reminders, follow-ups and payment tracking according to rules defined with the owner. We ensure traceability of exchanges (dates, amounts, commitments) and simple reporting to reduce delays and secure payment regularity.

Coordination & Stakeholders

Coordination with occupants, caretakers, technicians and service providers (plumbing, electrical, air conditioning, painting, etc.). We plan interventions, monitor execution and ensure exchanges remain clear: who does what, when, and with what priorities — to avoid blockages and oversights.

Operational Follow-up

Continuous follow-up with progress updates and reporting: rent status, ongoing interventions, emergencies, decisions needed and next steps. Goal: ensure management continuity, reduce information loss and maintain rigorous oversight of the property (or portfolio).
